Description
Envirofrax is a white flexible non-intumescent fireproof tape, 15 metres long, 3mm thick for fire rated glass not requiring intumescent expansion. The tape is ideally used with steel beads were no intumescent expansion is needed.
ADVANTAGES
- Designed for use in fire-rated glass in steel doors, windows and partitions where intumescent properties are not required
- Ideal for high temperature insulation of various vehicle parts, such as silencers, catalytic exhausts, heat shields and gaskets
- Easily installed due to self-adhesive backing
FIRE TEST PERFORMANCE
Tested to BS476 Part22 (1987), achieving 60 minutes fire protection.
