Description
The white or brown rigid plastic channel is available 10mm or 15mm high and 2100mm long. It has intumescent material factory-fitted inside, with neoprene fins to hold the glass firmly in place. It simply slides over the glass and is suitable for 5-7mm glass.
ADVANTAGES

- Neoprene fins hold the glass firmly in place, while the intumescent strips provide 30 or 60 minutes protection
FIRE TEST PERFORMANCE
Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving 40 minutes and 66 minutes of fire protection (10mm high and 15mm high respectively).
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
FGC flexible glazing channels can be used for circular, oblong and square glazing fixtures. The channel is fitted around the edge of the glass which is then held in place using hardwood or softwood beading. PGC rigid plastic channels simply slides over the glass and is suitable for 5 – 7mm glass. Held in place using hardwood or softwood beading.
