Description
A non-fibrous lightweight board for fire protection of steelwork, available in white as standard, but it can be supplied with a decorative laminate facing at extra cost. It can be easily cut to size with a sharp knife and then adhered to the steel using Envirograf® Product 47 (FPA), which can also be used to fill joints. No screws or mechanical fixing is necessary.

FIRE TEST PERFORMANCE
Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving an integrity and insulation of 104 minutes.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cut board to size with a sharp knife. Adhere board to steel using Envirograf Intumescent Adhesive (Product 46). IA Adhesive can also be used to fill in joints between boards. Off-cuts can be adhered into the webs of the steel, providing additional protection and preventing waste.
