Acoustic/Fireproof Ventilation Grille

Description

AVG/F fireproof ventilation grille offers up to 60 minutes protection plus sound absorption. It can be used on partition walls and doors. and it has been tested to European Standards and approved in accordance with the general principles of NEN6069. It consists of two parts, one each side of the opening, and the internal cavity of both sections is filled with micro-acoustic material, with intumescent strips on the two long sides of the risk side opening. To accommodate the grille, the ventilation aperture must be at least 10mm larger than the height between the upper and lower opposing slot limits. The grille protrudes by 25mm on each side.

Conforms to NEN6069, offering up to 60 minutes of fire protection and sound absorption.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure ventilation aperture is at least 10mm larger than the height between the upper and lower opposing slot limits. Screw grille plates in place on either side of the opening ensuring the ventilation slot is at the top on one side and the bottom on the other so that they are vertically opposite (not directly opposite each other).

Note: the grille plates will protrude by 25mm on each side.
